hey mom!!
i cant believe khaled went through the temple already... it just blows my mind haha hopefully he'll have more time to go through the temple before he heads to the mtc so it gets a little more comfortable cause i still get so confused and jumbled but i've only been like 5 times. i'm glad camping was fun! it was funny as i was looking through the pictures (which i loved!! cause i love seeing everyone) anyways as i was looking at them i was like hey that kinda looks like washington just a little less green haha and A LOT more trees! so much that you can barely see 50 feet back into the woods. i always think if i were to murder someone i would hide their body in washington cause it would be covered in moss in 3 days and impossible to find haha not that i think about killing people all the time cause that is weird.. hah anyways! this week was a little slow cause of the holiday but we had an AWESOME baptism for bentli who is 13 and just so fun and reminds me so much of jorge! all the young women were there to support her and she has just made the biggest impact on her family its incredible. her mom is now coming back to church and her younger brother is going to get baptized soon and her nonmember step dad has had his heart softened tremendously which is all a miracle! and i'm sooo grateful i got to be a part of it cause the sisters have been working with this family for ages. it was awesome. i dont know if you ever watch any of the mormon messages of mormon.org ads but if not you should cause they are really well put together and bring the spirit. so maybe they could be something you could pull up during a visiting teaching visit and watch a few cause they just have a special power and spirit behind them.
