PICTURE TIME!!!!!! so i finally figured out how to upload pictures from a library computer wow 1 year later.... haha this past week was pretty good it had its up and downs the work is still chugging along we have transfer calls this week so next week i'll let you know if me and sister hoffman are staying together or not. so it takes FOREVER to attach a photo on this thing so sorry if i dont get very much on uploaded on here!
and mom to answer your question about if i remember my farwell talk and stuff welllll i dont remember anything i said haha but i remember giving it.... and that day was all kind of a blur haha BUT what i do remember is that i had friends that were there..... and so this is me calling all of those who were there to repentance if you ever read my blog.... because i currently dont know if any of you are living cause how can i know that if i never get mail............................ jk... sorta....
anyways! so this first picture is of me and sister baylon at our ward mission leaders house in lacey and he has a bunny farm haha
the second picture is of me and the artisian well in downtown olympia. its basically a pipe out of the ground that has flowing water and it has cool tiles and stuff built around it.
then the next one is me and sister baylon at transfer meeting... with mustache shirts haha
so a highlight of this week was it got to 93 degrees! and i was dying!!! seriously i was like holy cow this is awful where is the nice 70 degree weather.... so basically i'm going to die when i get home... i guess its a good thing i'll be home sorta in the winterish. okay so more pictures and by more i mean like 2 more cause it takes forever to upload them
okay so the next picture is of joshes baptism! which was awesome! this isn't the greatest picture of me but i figured i'd put it up here cause the ulrichs cousin is in it haha
alright so i figured i should write something spiritual that happened this week. so we have an investigator named rachel and she is 20 ish and her boyfriend adam leaves for his mission next week and so we've been working with her for a while. the sisters have been teaching her since january and she is so ready to be baptized and she just hast this fear of not being totally commited afterwards. so we had a lesson with her this past week and we read 2 nephi chapter 2 with her and just talked about acting or being acted upon. and i shared a few personal experiences where i was acted upon and it was really cool because as i was telling her this story things would pop into my mind that i didnt even remember had happened and it was perfect! so it was just another neat experience to feel the spirit working through you and telling that story and bearing testimony helped resolve her concern and then brought out a few more concerns that she has so we are still working with her its just frustrating when this people are so ready to be baptized and then satan just works and works on them. okay so the last picture i'm going to attach is one of my view i get to see every morning while i study haha i love you and hope you have a good week!
