hey mom!
so sad news.. i'm getting transfered to gig harbor.. i'm way bummed hah cause we have a TON of people getting baptized in july.. we currently have about 7 solid people getting baptized here in lacey BUT that means i get to come back to see their baptisms. so my new address is: 7401 pioneer way, gig harbor, wa, 98355. i'm way sad to leave this place hah cause it truly has become my little home away from home and of course cause i'm leaving my mission mamma sis baylon haha but we figured it was cause we were having to much fun! haha but we were still working and baptizing so we should have just kept it that way... but its all good i know i'm supposed to go to gig harbor for a reason. my new companion will be sis hoffman i know people are just gonna get us confused they actually already do cause we are both tall and have brown hair haha but ya i dont really know her very well so i get to play the awkward get to know game which i havent had to do for 6 months cause i've been serving with ikes and then baylon again. sooo ya.. and i'm bummed cause gig harbor is a pretty ritzy area and we all know that i love the ghetto! but i plan on lighting a new fire in that place and proving that the rich need the gospel too! haha
so michelle was baptized this week!! it was so awesome! she was so happy and dan really enjoyed it too (we just need to get him in the water next!) they are moving to germany here pretty quickly so i left balyon with the hefty assignment of trying to baptize him before they take off but everyone progresses differently so i know that if it doesnt happen in the wa-tac that it'll happen in germany.
so one of my fav investigators of all time is getting baptized on friday! his name is josh and he is the one with the little bro crew that came to church last week in all their little bro tanks. he is awesome and has become like a little brother to me. OH and the ulrichs cousin is gonna baptize josh!! so crazy! and way cooL! i love david he reminds me of khaled. but josh leaves for mexico pretty soon to go live with his parents for the summer which made me think of khaleds mission but i have no idea where josh is going in comparison to where khaled is serving but that would be way cool if i could give khal a referral! haha
so i dont know if you remember dayton! but he got baptized a few weeks ago and he crashed his bike this past week and basically got the same exact injury i did when i crashed longboarding SO i told him i would ask you to send me pictures of my face so i could show him haha cause he looks like a little panda (so does sis baylon.. but thats for different reasons)
but ya so this week was a way good week! i wish i was staying just ONE more transfer so i could be a part of the little model/boy/skate crew (theres about 6) baptism but its all good. tell the bantas i said hey and tell diana thank you for the package and i'm sorry i havent sent a thank you note yet! but its probably cause i cant find their address... haha but it was a really good surprise and i loved it! have fun in utah! and try not to get injured or to lose my dog haha i love you!
