hi mom!
it sounds like you had a goood week! my week was good to i just cant remember what i've already told you and what i haven't... haha but we were finally able to teach our little families this week! if you remember we found them about 3 weeks ago and the mom has cancer so she has good days or bad days and its always hard to find a good day but this week we did! and then we met with a part member family named the simmons and the dad isn't a member. and we just planned to go in to the house and talk with the family and then talk to him about taking the lessons cause he's been actively coming to church and we walk in and he's like ok i have 3 questions: tell me about the different roles of men and women in the church? about baptism? and the sealing in the temple thing? and he is preparing to be baptized on new year's eve cause that is his mother's birthday! so it was a total miracle cause he has been meeting with missionaries for a very long time but he is in the military and he gets deployed a TON but he recently got injured so he will now never be deployed again! so now he can get baptized!
so we have the Christmas party tomorrow annnnd i'm really excited cause i like parties and me and sis chronister, i dont know if i've even told you about her but she is from tucson and i hang out with her and baylon and ikes and we have a ton of fun. we've all been comp's in one way or another on our missions except me and chronister i actually call her chronic but she is serving in tacoma right now too so we see each other a lot but anyways me and chronic are wearing these really ugly turtle neck sweaters to our party and we look way funny so i'm excited for that and cause i get to see ikes and baylon and they go home next monday...... . which blows my mind into like thousand pieces cause i will miss them.. but ya
i saw gunnar got his mission call to japan!!! i knew it!! i'm so pumped for him! when does he leave?? alright well i got to go but i love you and can't wait to talk to you on Christmas!
