hey mom! thats cool t hat you;ve been learning about learning hah cause that was a lot of what was talked about in church yesterday and it just got me thinking about how missions are just one giant learning experience. and i think they are so effective becuase you see things first hand. i'm the type of learning that has to touch and feel and do it in order to really understand it. so my mission has really helped me to touch and feel and live the gospel. which is awesome!
if you remember the guy we started teaching who came to the door shirtless and in booty shorts? welllll he came to church this sunday and something was said in priesthood that he didnt like so we were talking about it after church and now i'm pretty sure he is crazy haha he kept saying weird stuff like everyone can hear my thoughts and theres a thunderstorm coming from my brain and so he basically said thanks but no thanks about cominig to church which is alright cause we are blesses with other people to teach and they are all (for the most part) sane.
but this week has been FREEEZING! it hasn't really snowed but its been sunny actually! but that = colder weather cause theres no clouds to keep the warm in. so i've been freezing my butt off knocking doors. but its been a blessing too because more people are willing to invite us in because its cold outside. we found a 17 year old girl named cassady who is way legit. she has had a rough life and turned to God and He helped her through it all so she was way excited for us to knock on her door. things are going goood just trying to work hard and stay busy which we have been doing so i'm happy as usual. glad things are going good at home! i love you!
